I’m not a boxer, I’m just starting on my own and I want easy to use gloves that protect my hand (I have an injured wrist) and work with all boxing bags. Are there any? Please post the product link.

I have a small teardrop shaped BBE speed ball punch bag. The only thing is there was no instructions and I don’t know how to inflate it. Can anyone help?
you should see a tiny little black rubber nub on the bottom that has a very small hole in it. this is where you insert the pump needle. any bicycle pump will work – wet the needle, slip it in, and pump to desired pressure.
you can use an electric or manual pump – just be careful not to over-inflate, as you could pop it.

Im not sure if you have Dicks Sporting Goods over there, but thats an awesome place to buy everything for sports. But any other sport store should have them.
The machine simulates the speed bag kinda, the russin guy used it on one of the Rocky movies too.

But why is it important to know? It’s not the equipment that makes you strong. There’s one Karate fighter named Oyama and he trained in the mountains for years without any equipments except his own hand-made and natural objects and he came back being the best in Karate. Fedor Emelianenko doesn’t really use much equipments either because he says he doesn’t really like it.
What about the so called "reflex bag"? I usually use a heavy bag, and I know that speed bags are cheap, but for the life of me I dont see how this would either provide a good workout or increase speed? Does it improve reflexes/hand eye?
Speed bag benefits:
improves speed
improves timing
improves accuracy
builds shoulder muscles (which gives you more punching power)
builds arm muscles (triceps and biceps)
Heavy bag benefits:
Can improve speed if used properly, but not as much as the speed bag
Drastically improves punching power, much more than speed bag
Builds muscles all over your body
Overall, I would say that both are essential.
I don’t understand, you’re not using the motion you use when punching, rather a circular motion.
It’s good for timing, rhythm, and coordination which relate to hand speed
I’ve been doing Boxing/MMA for about a year now and I figure i should learn to work a speed bag?
The big secret in speed bag workouts is having a good solid platform and a super pro swivel. A good 10 x 7 or medium size speed bag is good to learn on. Later, once you have mastered the bigger bag, you can move down to the pro size peanut bag or 9" x 6". Go slow at first either using the 2-1rhythmm or 2-2. Hitting the bag with 2 lefts as it rebounds followed by 2 rights, letting it rebound. This is a good way to leather it’srhythmm and then build speed from it. Either is good and will become second nature to you. I’ve had aspeed bagg in my home for 50 years, since a teen to present. Very good cardio, plus fun too. Could never master jump ropingg, but this was easy. Good luck.
