i haven’t trained properly for about 6 months (MMA). so i thought i’d ask my girlfriend to film me hitting the bag, so i could see if i’d spot any major problems in my form (and there were).

then i summoned up a bunch of dragon ball z power or some and blasted that sucka into the next dimension.

needless to say, the rope holding up the bag had been worn down and chose to snap at this time.
