He’s hitting the Speed Bag at Gleason’s Gym and is fighting in the Golden Gloves, Metropolitan Games, and Empire State Games. He is the 1998 Metropolitan super-heavyweight champion, 1998 winner of the New York Daily News Golden Gloves Joey Fariello Memorial Fund Scholarship for Boxing and Academic Excellence. He was also the sparring partner for WBC heavyweight Champion Oleg Maskaev.

I kick it up a notch for those new to the game. Hopefully you watch the How to for beginners and are up to speed. I work in the 8,4,and 2 counts first. I also introduce the “Double Pop” 4’s, 3’s and 2’s. I then bring in “Double Hits” and the coupe de gras “THE Windmill”! I throw in a bit of dodging/head movement and throwing the hook. A little bit that is!
