me hitting my 500 lb punching bag i bought at I&I sports in carson california for 550 bucks haha it was inspired by the big punching bag bruce lee used to practice his side kicks on nothing like the original but the idea came from bruce lee’s big 300 lb bag. they said my bag weighed 350 lbs but i think they lied because 6 people could not carry this thing we had to use a fork lift haha. i am not a fighter nor do i train to be a fighter i just do this for fun so know that before you type down negative comments. this is my first video i do plan to upload more thank you very much for your time and may you have a great day. :)

Heavy Bag Drills – RossTraining.com

April 132010

PLEASE READ! – This video demo is NOT a skill training session. The video shows two specific drills described in the article below:

http://www.rossboxing.com/thegym/thegym24.htm

Both drills are conditioning and power based, and also intended to teach the athlete to fight through fatigue. Skill should never be intentionally abandoned, but during periods of extreme fatigue, the athlete must be prepared to continue fighting despite skill deprivation (which can occur when all three energy systems are drained). By training to fight through extreme levels of fatigue, you will be more prepared (physically and mentally) to deal with such feelings during live situations.

Once again, this is NOT a skill based video and should not be confused with one.
