This monster bag weighs an unbelievable 350 lbs! Constructed of heavy-duty 22oz nylon impregnated vinyl , triple-stitched along all stress seams. Industrial web straps run the entire length of the bag for full support. Eight hanging straps (instead of the normal four!)

me hitting my 500 lb punching bag i bought at I&I sports in carson california for 550 bucks haha it was inspired by the big punching bag bruce lee used to practice his side kicks on nothing like the original but the idea came from bruce lee’s big 300 lb bag. they said my bag weighed 350 lbs but i think they lied because 6 people could not carry this thing we had to use a fork lift haha. i am not a fighter nor do i train to be a fighter i just do this for fun so know that before you type down negative comments. this is my first video i do plan to upload more thank you very much for your time and may you have a great day.
